The Dusi Canoe Marathon and Natal Canoe Club will only entertain a refund to paddlers should the event be cancelled completely.
Should there be a postponement in the event then we will not entertain a refund, there is an option to sell your entry to another paddler should you not be able to/or want to paddle on the amended date of the event.
There is an option to defer your entry to the following year. Should you chose to take this option then we will not entertain a refund should you not want to participate in the event in the following year.
Should you defer one year, you are unable to defer your entry to the following year (ie. deferring from 2021 to 2022 – you cannot then defer to 2023).
