“With the promise of water, day 3 has been transformed into what all paddlers had hoped for, not to have to run all the way to Durban. Although not the normal level, there was enough to bomb and scrape down towards Blue Lagoon. The race at the top proved to be exciting as we have ever seen, with it going down to the wire. Well done to all the finishers, another medal in the bag!
